Easy Potato Salad

Up in canada this week and could not find anyplace that serves Potato Salad

Just say a show where they took a regular potato salad recipe and instead of boiling the potatoes they roasted them. Well i went right out and got a sack and made up a batch for a party that i was having that night. I got to say it was great, and i got more comments on the potato salad than anything else that night. It was just enough of a change up that it made a good recipe great.
So next time you go to make that potato salad recipe try roasting them instead.

I’m just finding a wealth of new recipes today and have to share them with you. This one is for my brother in-law who is a vegetarian. This may not be my style of potato salad but it tasted great. So give it a shot.
