Easy Potato Salad

Well we had a bunch of leftover baked potatoes the other day and had to make a desision as to what to do with them. It came down to two options the first being a hash brown dish and the second being a Baked Potato Salad dish that we have here on the site.

Well i figured i should go with the baked potato salad just to make sure that the recipe was still deserving of being here. It was and in the compromize for what to do with those leftover potatoes we decided to have the baked potato salad for breakfast. Now that is what im talking about.

Potato Salad is not just for picnics anymore.
