Potato Salad for my house warming party sounds great. After a year and a half we have moved into our remodeled home. So we are going to take a month to get everything put away and in order and then have a house warming party. Of course we will be serving a potato salad recipe that i have used for years. I will make a second batch for my vegan group that will not eat egg products. All in all im looking forward to making my first potato salad recipe in the new house
Say a interesting presentation of potato salad the other day. They had cut the potato in to stars and stripes and died the the red, white and blue.
So we went to a friends house for Thanksgiving and there was about 12 people there. There was two turkeys and way to much of everything else. I mean we could feed everyone for a week. But some of the highlites of the evening where the side dishes.
First there was a Brocelly Fruit salad that was to die for, and then there was green salad that looked like a casarol to start with.
All and all there was a good mix of wonderful healthy and not so low cal foods and it provided a good mix for everyone.
Potato Salad was all gone by the half way point. Mostly the foot ball fans sitting on the couch eating that.
